Refund Policy

Fulfillment-Based Refund Structure

At RealmSpace, all services follow a structured fulfillment process to ensure clarity and fairness.

An order is not considered fulfilled until:

  • All deliverables have been provided
  • The client has had the opportunity to review the work
  • The revision period has been completed or approved

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The project has not started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • We fail to deliver the agreed service within the stated timeframe without communication
  • The delivered work does not match the agreed scope and no resolution is reached after revisions

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already started
  • Deliverables have been completed
  • The revision period has ended
  • Final approval has been given
  • Dissatisfaction is based on results outside our control (rankings, traffic, etc.)
  • Requests are made more than 14 days after completion

Revisions

Each service includes a revision phase.
During this time, adjustments can be requested to align with the agreed scope.

Once the revision period ends or work is approved, the order is considered complete.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
